Finger Lakes Running Company

The independently owned Finger Lakes Running Company is Ithaca's first and only running specialty store. The Running Company provides the most comprehensive selection of running shoes and apparel, yoga accessories, and triathlon gear in the region.

The owner, Ian Golding, is a graduate of Ithaca College, NCAA Cross Country All-American, and sporadic Ultra-Runner is trained in bio mechanics and works to insure personalized service with an appropriately fitted shoe. It's the store's goal to provide the active community with a centralized location and hopes to support the community which makes them possible through event sponsorship, trail maintenance, and race development.

Hours: Mon-Fri. - 10-7pm, Sat. - 10-6pm, Sun. - 12-5pm
