Finger Lakes Running Company

The independently owned Finger Lakes Running and Triathlon Company is Ithaca's first and only running specialty store.  The Running Company provides the most comprehensive selection of running shoes and apparel, yoga accessories, and triathlon gear in the region.  The owner, a graduate of Ithaca College, NCAA Cross Country All-American, and sporadic Ultra-Runner is trained in biomechanics and works to ensure personalized service with an appropriately fitted shoe. 

It's the store's goal to provide the active community with a centralized location and hopes to support the community which makes them possible through event sponsorship, trail maintenance, and race development.  All-Abilities Fun Runs leave from the store Saturday's at 7:00 and 9:00 am.  More dates/times are in the works.  Check out the store's website for information on local running routes and drop by the store to say hello or get some advice on where to spend some outdoor time while in Ithaca.
