Pastimes Antiques

Located in the historic Dewitt Building since 1979, Pastimes is a small, colorful shop that's packed with an assortment of fun, affordable antiques and collectibles.

We specialize in quality furniture, vintage jewelry, turn-of-the century postcards, antique buttons, beads, photography, political buttons, and paper ephemera. We also carry glassware and china, fountain pens, bakelite, advertising tins and lots more.

Business History:
Founded in 1979, Pastimes is located in downtown Ithaca in the historic Dewitt Building, home to 17 shops and restaurants. Pastimes carries an ever-changing variety of small antiques, including vintage jewelry, silver, postcards, and buttons.

Personal History:
Adam Perl has been an Ithaca resident since 1957. A graduate of Cornell (‘67), with a BA in Music, he has remained deeply rooted in the Ithaca community and is the father of three children.

Special Moment:
One of the most satisfying things about being in business for so many years is seeing babies grow up to become regular customers with children of their own.

Pastimes is situated in downtown Ithaca, at the corner of Seneca and Cayuga Streets, one block north of the Commons.

 

Hours:

Monday - Saturday: 10:00-5:30 (year-round)
Sunday: 11:00-3:00 (December only)
