Downtown Ithaca Alliance Safety Measures
Downtown Ithaca Alliance Organization and staff continue to follow the guidance of our health experts and the local and state officials, adapting as they change throughout the pandemic. The DIA is currently reviewing its policies and making changes to be in accordance with the NYS HERO Act.
- The office is open Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 5:00 pm, however, a person may not be at the front desk at all hours. Please ring the doorbell and allow for staff to come to the front for a greeting.
- Guests are required to sign in when entering the premises for the purpose of contact tracing, should it be necessary.
- Workers continue with hybrid work schedules between the office and home. Please schedule visitations as DIA staff may not be in the office on any given day.
