Downtown Ithaca welcomes City Centre Leasing Office

Open House set for Aug. 30 from 4 to 8 p.m.

Interested in living in Ithaca’s thriving downtown community?  An amazing opportunity to lease a spectacular apartment awaits you. The Downtown Ithaca Alliance is pleased to announce that City Centre, a new multi-use complex currently under development on E. State Street featuring luxury apartments in the heart of downtown, is now accepting tenant applications.

A temporary leasing office has opened at 210 E. State St., The Commons, and a Grand Opening will be held at the site from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 30.

 During this celebratory event, attendees will learn about City Centre’s upscale studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment options and numerous amenities. Plus, those who sign a lease during the open house will receive free maid service for a month in their new living space and they will be registered in a drawing to win a new 50-inch 4K television.

Grand Opening guests will also be treated to fresh Tapas, coffee, wine, and other refreshments.

The City’s Centre’s leasing office will be open Monday – Fridays from 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. To make an appointment, call (607) 592-6379.
