Guess what\, for the first time ever\, we’re making that a reality.\nCome out on select Saturdays\, starting May 30th\, to get our cookies fresh at Nowhere Special Libations Parlor in Downtown Ithaca.\nThe cookies come unpackaged\, meaning we charge less\, we’ll be doing custom flavors\, and we’re open for ‘yapping hour.’  \nAs long as you buy a cookie (or 7)\, you can chill at the bar and chat with Via and Ben Sandberg\, who will be joining her from the History Center to pour drinks. Of course\, we’ll have non-alcoholic bevs\, but alcoholic bevs are an option too.  \nYou can pre-order\, or just show up to purchase! All flavors will be available @ NWS.  \nFirst 20 visitors on May 30th get a free cookie!

DESCRIPTION:On Sunday\, May 31\, 2026\, the fifth annual Ithaca Book and Zine Fair will be held at Buffalo Street Books as a part of the Community Arts Partnership’s Spring Writes Literary Festival and Ithaca Festival! This event celebrates publishing as an art\, craft\, and DIY activity. 40+ local and regional independent publishers\, zine-makers\, artists\, DIYers\, and writers will show and sell their wares. \nThis event is free to attend\, and all ages are welcome. \nThis program is made possible in part with funds from the Statewide Community Regrant program from the New York State Council on the Arts\, with the support of the office of the Governor and NYS Legislature\, administered by the Community Arts Partnership of Tompkins County. \nPoster design for 2026 is by Mari Wilson\, an artist from Trumansburg.
