In a blackout poem\, the writer chooses an existing document and obscures all but a few selected words; the remaining words create the poem. She will cover what makes a successful crowdfunding campaign and offer insight into the strengths and weaknesses of various crowdfunding platforms. Come with an open mind\, and a readiness to think creatively about fundraising for your own creative practice. \nAnna Warfield is a visual artist based in Binghamton\, New York. Warfield is experienced in crowdfunding through her work as an executive team member with LUMA Projection Arts Festival in Binghamton\, New York and her own donor sponsored creative endeavors. Warfield has contributed as a guest speaker with NYFA\, Cornell University\, Binghamton University\, and SUNY Oneonta.
