The concert will feature the Opus Chamber Orchestra\, conducted by Guillaume Pirard; Odyssey Choir\, directed by Melissa Rooklidge; Opus Jazz Quintet\, featuring Colin Gordon on saxophone; and Ithaca High School Chorale\, directed by Kristin Zaryski. \nThis family-friendly concert is a gift to the community—it is free for all\, no reservations or tickets required.

Opus has assembled an incredible group of professional musicians who will perform Debussy’s “Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun\,” O’Neal’s “North” (with our Odyssey Choir)\, some jazz standards (with Opus Jazz Quintet)\, and ending with the magnificent Beethoven Piano Concerto in C minor (with Miri Yampolsky at the piano) under the baton of Guillaume Pirard. We will present this as a gift to the community – the concert is free for all who wish to attend. It is going to be quite special – and perhaps the largest scale event that Opus has hosted. JOIN US!
