Join us at The Downstairs in Ithaca, NY, on April 22nd, for a special night of music as we pay tribute to the late local legend Jack Sousa. Sousa was known for his unique style of music, which he called Wild Hop – a blend of wilderness culture and musical influences that was a perfect fit for the vibrant community of Ithaca.

To honor his memory, DJ Annatto will be releasing a special EP titled “Light Like a Batwing: A Tribute to Jack Sousa” at the event. This EP features Annatto’s sonic take on Sousa’s Wild Hop style, a fitting tribute to the musician’s unique legacy, with immersive visuals to enhance the elegiac atmosphere. Friends and collaborators, including RiBB3TZ, will offer performances and tributes.

Doors open at 8:30, and the music will start at 9:00 and go until midnight. Join us for a night filled with amazing talent, heartfelt tributes, and an unforgettable celebration of Jack Sousa’s life and music.
