Downtown Ithaca actively monitors the state of downtown. It subscribes to a number services that provide realtime statistical and regularly conducts market studies. DIA makes data available upon request and can help inform your decision-making process.
Some of the data available upon request includes foot traffic reports for areas on the Ithaca Commons and resident, worker and visitor insights.

Free parking: On weekdays, 8:00pm – 3:00am in the garages and 6:00pm – 3:00am on the street.
All day Saturdays & Sundays except when special event parking rates inside the garages apply.
