Join the Advocacy Center of Tompkins County for an intergenerational (16 and up) event for LGBTQIA+ survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual violence, and/or child sexual abuse. Come to discuss and celebrate queer survivorship and activism through writing and art prompts. This afternoon of rest and craft will include guided grounding activities, writing exercises, candle-making, collage, and zines. Art supplies and snacks will be provided, though attendees are also welcome to bring their own materials (old candles to reuse, containers to fill for new candles, magazines, and writing/drawing supplies). Registration is required for this event.
