Join us for an immersive and hands-on workshop where a local attorney will walk you through the steps to create an LLC in real time. Workshop attendees can expect to file for their LLC during this workshop, and walk away with all of the information they will need to finish the formation process and maintain their LLC.
What we will do:
– Check name availability
– Draft & file Articles of Organization
– Draft an Operating Agreement
– Determine which newspapers to publish in
– Provide a step by step guide for the formation and maintenance of your LLC

Cost: $150/person (please note that there is also a filing fee of $225 to be paid by card to NYS to file the Articles of Organization)
