Downtown Employee Card
Are you an employee in the Business Improvement District?
Use this map to check your eligibility.
Pick up your card at the Downtown Ithaca Alliance office! We encourage business owners or managers to pick up cards on behalf of their staff - remember to get a headcount of your employees before coming. Pickup early to ensure your staff get to experience the discounts and appreciation days! Pickup is ongoing throughout the year.
Our office is located inside Center Ithaca in the upper atrium. When entering from the front of the building, take either of the half staircases to the sides of the Sangam Curry booth. You can also access the atrium by elevator, select floor 1R. We are straight back from the stairs, look for the Downtown Ithaca logo on our door.
Our office hours are:
Monday - Friday 10:00AM - 3:00PM.
Appreciation Days
From October 2025 to May 2026, participate in Employee Appreciation Days every 3rd Tuesday of each month.
- Tuesday, October 21 - Coffee Day @ Alley Cat Cafe, Bank Coffee, Lou's Street Food, or Press Cafe.
- Tuesday, November 18 - Relaxation Day @ Alphabet Soup, Sunny Days of Ithaca, Wellness and Well-Being, and Cayuga Nail Spa.
- Tuesday, December 16 - Happy Hour @ Bookies Sports Bar & Lounge and Mushroom Spirits Distillery.
- Tuesday, January 20 - Body and Mind @ Circus Culture, Finger Lakes Fitness, Mighty Yoga, and The Brain Shoppe.
- Tuesday, February 17 - Be our Valentine @ Gorgers, Oracle Chocolates, and Cayuga Lake Creamery
- Tuesday, March 17 - History and Happy Hour @ The History Center, The Strand Cafe, CTB Catered
- Tuesday, April 21 - TBD
- Tuesday, May 19 - Maintenance May Brunch.
