The Dewitt Mall is locate one block away from the the Ithaca Commons between Seneca St. and Buffalo St.  Originally built as a high school, the building was renovated into living spaces on the top floor, office on the second, and shops and dining on the lower level.  The eclectic building is quiet yet, central to all the major activity in downtown too.  Lower Level business amenities include the well known vegetarian restaurant Moosewood, Cafe Dewitt, Cayuga Lake Creamery, La Bodega and a satellite natural foods store GreenStar Co-Op.
