Description: Chili with local grassfed beef, local organic black beans, local organic kidney beans and a blend of pasilla, guajillo and ancho peppers. Garnished with roasted poblano crema, green onions and house made fermented hot sauce. using local beef and beans and making our own fermented hot sauce
Allergens: Poblano crema is dairy based, but the chili itself will be dairy free and gluten free
