Go Ithaca is a transportation demand management program in Downtown Ithaca. Go Ithaca is dedicated to working hand-in-hand with downtown stakeholders to improve the regions’ economic vitality by connecting commuters with mobility options that save time and money. Go Ithaca members are employers, employees, and residents from all sectors.

The Go Ithaca works closely with members to create mobility plans that in turn let them connect with a wide range of mobility options. Our business members leverage mobility programs to reach their business and personal goals, including attracting and retaining top talent, reducing facilities costs, and leading in corporate stewardship. Individuals and Businesses are encouraged to join!

Information Updates – GO ITHACA website serves as a one-stop information shop to keep members up-to-date about what’s happening in the area and its potential impact on member employees, tenants, and customers.

Advocacy and Partnerships – GO ITHACA serves as a voice for transportation investments that increase mobility options for everyone, alleviate congestion in our communities, reduce energy consumption, and enhances our quality of life. Our staff partners with the Center for Community Transportation, Tompkins Consolidated Area Transit (TCAT), local and county leaders, and other advocacy organizations to make sure the needs of our members are met.

Communication and Marketing – We keep in touch with our members and their employees on a regular basis through newsletters, transportation fairs, employee presentations, and one-on-one commute planning.

Networking Opportunities – GO ITHACA offers members the opportunity to share their transportation-related ideas and concerns with each other and their local municipal officials.
