“When money is spent at independent locally owned businesses, the money stays here and strengthens the economic base of where we live. Plus, patrons should support these specialty businesses because they contribute to the character of our community by offering exclusive shopping and dining options,” says Gary Ferguson, executive director of the Downtown Ithaca Alliance (DIA).
The Downtown Ithaca Alliance is pleased to announce that City Centre, a new multi-use complex currently under development on E. State Street featuring luxury apartments in the heart of downtown, is now accepting tenant applications.
